OWH,

By the way, I have to make a comment. We moved to OneWorldHosting back in May from another vendor. I have never been sorry for that decision. OWH has simply been the most reliable and responsive host I've ever seen. Response to my technical questions has always been exceptionally good. Thanks for the follow up.

Scripting Scripts For Your Site:

One World Hosting provides the following scripts for use on your web site. Please note that we cannot debug your scripts once you begin customizing! For these and any other scripting questions please check our other scripting resource page links to the left.
NOTE: All scripts must be placed within your account CGI-BIN in order to execute.

Guestbook
Guestbook is a straightforward collection of scripts that create a simple, clean guestbook for your web site. Visitors can leave read and leave comments, and as administrator you can read, edit, or delete comments as you choose. Comments are date/time stamped, and older comments are archived. Very simple to configure, and easy to customize!

Access Tracker
The Statistics program in every One World account is a great resource for tracking hits to your site, but if you really want to see what your customers are doing on your site try our Access Tracker - it shows you every details of the days access log file. Find out where your visitors are coming from, what search terms they used to find you, and what path they took through your site. Download the access.txt file, rename to access.pl, edit lines 11 and 15 (instructions in the code), upload, and change permissions to "755" or "RWX R-X R-X".
Once the script is in place, with permissions set properly, you can call or run it by entering the URL in a browser - http://yourdomain.com/
cgi-bin/access.pl

Whois Script
If you'd like to provide a Whois search for domain names on your site, Whois.pl is the simplest way to go. Find out if a domain name is available, and if so who owns it. Download the whois.txt file, rename to whois.pl, upload, and change permissions to "755" or "RWX R-X R-X".
