Don't know where else to send my comment, but your support is amazing. You were recommended to me by the webmaster of FrontPageWorld.com simply stating - great prices, great features, AMAZING support. Well, in the last 2 weeks I've had opportunity to test the support (I use the support pages extensively - very good!) and have had to call twice. Fact is, someone answers in SECONDS both times. They were friendly, helpful, rooted out the issues, not once was I called an "idiot", though they may have been thinking it. :-)
I'm already in the process of moving all my stuff from (other host) to OneWorld. I've had some tight deadlines and the live person saved my bacon both times. I now have my own "amazing support" stories and will recommend you all whole-heartedly.

Concerning One World Hosting: In my opinion and based on my experience you are considering the best there is. The control panel is great and easy to use. When I do run into some trouble once in a while, their support is very responsive and helpful. They answer the phone until midnight (ET) every day and the problem will be resolved.
Their "up-time" is truly as promised, I use the service of a "watchdog site" which alerts me when one of my monitored sites is down and it just does not happen. In fact, the weekly reports I get consistently show a 100% up-time. The rare case of a site being "down" occurred late at night and didn't last long.
I have tested OWH's speed with a "ping-tool" and most of the time OWH comes up faster than several of the "big wigs" out there (I have made the comparison.) The load speed of your pages, of course, depends greatly on their file sizes.
After dealing with several hosting companies over the past few years I recommend OWH over anybody else. I am hosting a number of my clients with them and everyone is very satisfied.
In closing, yes, I would use their service over again and I do frequently when I open a new client account here. I have been with OWH for a year now.

The possibility suggested was a blockage from my computer to One World Hosting. I contacted my server VillageNet and they found and rectified the problem.
