Obviously, the last thing we want any of our customers to do is cancel one of their accounts because of anything we did or did not do. If you've come to this page because you are still looking for resolution to a problem or question we have a special support team that is at your disposal: RESOLUTIONS


To cancel any account access your Client Area

The click Products and Service link at the top, then find the account you want to cancel and click the green arrow graphic to the right. At the bottom of the Product Details screen you will see a button for "Request Cancellation." Click and you will get 2 options:

1. to cancel the account immediately, or

2. to cancel at the end of it's billing cycle.

Choose the one you want and submit.
