Obviously, the last thing we want any of our customers to do is cancel one of their accounts because of anything we did or did not do. To establishing ownership of any account to be cancelled we need to have the following form filled out. All fields are mandatory.

All cancelled main accounts are subject to the following:
Full refund during the first 30 days only. All sales are final past 30 days except for Resold accounts.
$20 domain name fee charged to any cancelled FreeDom account (Free Domain Name)

All cancelled Resold annual accounts are subject to the following:
$20 domain name fee charged to any cancelled FreeDom account (Free Domain Name)

We're sorry, we do not refund unused portions for Resold monthly accounts.
